I'm Whitney Johnson, a customer experience strategist who fell in love with AI not because of the technology, but because of what it can do for people. I've spent over a decade building systems that help organizations actually understand their customers.

Now I'm applying that same lens to AI: making it accessible, practical, and human. Through AI with Whit, I teach people how to use AI tools without the overwhelm. Through my consulting work, I help organizations build AI-powered CX systems that don't lose the human touch.
